(Everything Organic if possible)
1-2 Tsp Fresh Ginger Root Juice
1-2 Tsp Fresh Turmeric Root Juice
Pinch of Cayenne Powder (optional)
Pinch of Black Pepper (do not skip as it enhances the absorption of turmeric)
Raw Honey to taste
Mix everything is a small glass and drink once or twice daily during flu season, before onset/ exposure, during sickness and after recovery.

8 oz Milk of choice
0.5-1 Tsp Turmeric Powder
0.5 Tsp Cardamom Powder
0.5 Tsp Cinnamon Powder
0.5 Tsp Ginger Powder
Pinch of black pepper (do not skip as it enhances the bioavailability of turmeric)
Raw Honey or Maple Syrup to taste (I personally like raw honey due it its healing properties)
Heat milk to desired temperature in a small pot. Add all spices as the milk is heating up. Turn off gas, pour in favorite mug and add honey (do not add during heating).
