Yoga class based on inspirations from my own personal practice of Iyengar yoga. Class involves instructions, demonstrations, proper alignment cues with emphasis on foundations, and usage of props (blocks, belts, chairs) based on unique needs of clients.
Level 1 & 2 is for beginners, and continuing students.
Level 2 is for continuing students (Inversions and deep backbends are taught in this class. Please consult with teacher before registration.)
Based on Daoist tradition, this is a deeply meditative practice done entirely on the floor. Practice involves long holds with use of props to assist in softening into the shape of the pose. This beautiful practice stresses the joints, connective tissue and fascia to help strengthen and rejuvenate them with the long holds.
A slow-moving vinyasa flow practice building mindful awareness at each step of the way using breath to anchor the mind to feel grounded and present in our bodies.
