As we turn the corner and enter a new year, we all try to make healthier choices to have a fresh start. To help you further this goal and get you jumpstarted, I am offering a New Year challenge if yoga is one of your goals.
The entire month of January, we will do a daily practice from Monday to Friday. Below are the details of this challenge:
I have been practicing daily for the past four years. I know from experience that the gifts of yoga practice can only be received and experienced (physical, mental, emotional, and physiological) when we practice daily. It is like learning a new instrument. You are training your body and mind in small daily increments to build long-term sustainable habit. I want to help you to cultivate this habit.
Yoga has literally saved me. My mind was like a wild horse. Yoga has helped to anchor me back to my center. Physically, I have received enormous benefits from having a regular practice to ease my way into my wisdom years.
