Ayurveda is a science that is for everyone. Even though it originated in India, it is a science that helps us all regardless of gender or race to identify what makes up our unique personalities and why different seasons, lifestyles or foods affect us all differently that others.
Once you understand your unique constitution, you can use the guidelines of Ayurvedic diet, daily routines and movement to live a more mindful life that works intimately with your own unique constitution to bring you back to balance.
In this workshop, you can expect to learn about:
- the three fundamental energies that govern our inner and outer environments and make up our own unique "doshas"/ constitutions.
- daily routines, seasonal routines and food combinations for each specific "dosha".
- how to create an exercise and yoga routine specific to your dosha.
- agni (digestive fire), ama (toxic waste) and ojas (vitality).
