Simple mono-diet consisting of mung beans and basmati rice with traditional digestive spices used in Ayurveda (also staples in Indian cooking). This meal can be eaten whenever your digestive system feels overwhelmed and needs a reset or in-between seasons to prepare the digestive system for the new season.
🫴Ghee-
A quintessential in every Indian kitchen and in Ayurveda. It has immune boosting properties and helps to enhance the integrity of the gut lining.
🫴Digestive Apertif-
A savory after drink that contains spices to enhance digestion and tastes amazing.
🫴Tri-doshic Condiment-
A beautiful and tasty chutney that serves as a great accompaniment for the kitchari.
Once your registration and payment is received, you will get a Zoom link, a grocery list and instructions for prep work ahead of the workshop. During the live event, we will cook together amidst conversations and questions.
