Make this year the year of change, from the inside out by optimizing your blood markers, your brain health and your overall well-being.

I am a Holistic Health Coach specializing in Gut and Hormone health especially for women. 

I offer all my coaching online. 

A little background first.

I was not the lucky kid who was skinny or athletic. I wanted to be, to fit in. I spent my entire life following the number on the scale, depriving myself from "nutrition" and restricting calories, belittling my body through negative self-talk, overexercising and developing body dysmorphia. I did "succeed" when I lost 100lbs. I was so proud of myself to the point of becoming cocky until I turned 45. Suddenly all the belly fat started to show and I got terrified. I had to re-educate myself, went through training to learn about hormones and gut health. I also changed my workout protocols and suddenly, noticed how body started to change, my clothes fit better especially around the midsection, and my self-talk started to shift towards embracing my body. My relationship with the scale has changed. Even if the number hasn't changed much, my clothes fit better around the midsection which is the most important thing, especially in perimenopause and beyond.
And, my optimal blood markers (insulin, lipid profile, bone density, visceral aka dangerous fat around the organs, and muscle quality) were proof that I was on the right track.
I see so many women struggling and still grinding at the gym and cutting calories but not seeing results. I always find myself offering "unsolicited" advice to help women which I noticed they appreciate a lot. So, I thought I will offer this to a group of women who are struggling and want to see results for all the work they are putting in. So here we are.
This group coaching will last for six weeks via Zoom and will cover the following-

- a little education on female hormones, their functions and their phases through our life cycles.
- and how it needs to change around menstrual cycles, in perimenopause and post menopause and how men's routines will not work for women especially in perimenopause and beyond.
- nutrion (fiber, protein, carbohydrates, fats)

- gut health for weight loss
- brain health and its relation to exercise, nutrition and sleep
- supplements and blood tests I recommend
